Clinical Results Summary
• ISGA: After treatment administration, the proportion of subjects in the YR001 group achieving an ISGA score of 0 or 1 was more than three times that of the placebo group(23.1% vs. 7.1%).
• EASI: After treatment administration, the proportion of subjects achieving EASI-50 in the YR001 group was more than 10 percentage points higher than that in the placebo group(46.2% vs. 35.7%). Notably, at the lower extremity sites, the YR001 group showed a significant treatment benefit at the end of the trial (P < 0.05).
•PP-NRS: After treatment administration, the proportion of subjects achieving a “clinically meaningful improvement” (an absolute NRS improvement of ≥ 4) in the YR001 group was more than twice that of the placebo group.
• DLQI: After treatment administration, there was a marked difference in treatment effects between the two groups, particularly in the improvement of impact on social and leisure activities, where the YR001 group showed significantly better results (P < 0.05).
•YR001 also demonstrated a favorable safety profile: NO treatment-related adverse events occurred in any dosed subject during the treatment period.
• NanoString analysis of skin-biopsy samples suggested that the YR001 responder phenotype involves a shift from a baseline state characterized by elevated inflammatory and cytokine-driven signaling, including Type 2 and Th17/Th22 pathways, toward a post-treatment state marked by reduced Type 2/lymphoid and TNF/NF-kB signaling, together with enhanced tissue-repair processes.
